    Within the validity period and upon presentation of the bus ticket, tickets with a marked date and time may be rescheduled, up to 4 (four) hours before boarding time, for use on the same line;

    Up to 4 (four) hours before boarding, the passenger will be entitled to a refund of the amount paid for the ticket, through the request made to the company.
