Ticket with Free Travel Benefit

According to ANTT Resolution No. 6.033, dated 21.12.2023, we have begun issuing tickets that offer exemptions for senior citizens, holders of the Free Pass, and ID Jovem cardholders.

These exemptions apply exclusively to:

• INTERSTATE routes;

• CONVENTIONAL seat category;

Benefits available per bus:

• 2 seats with 100% discount for senior citizens;

• 2 seats with 100% discount for ID Jovem cardholders;

• Unlimited seats with 100% discount for Free Pass holders and companions

• Unlimited seats with 50% discount for senior citizens

• 2 seats with 50% discount for ID Jovem cardholders

💺 Regarding seats:

Currently, it is possible to request only one seat per journey, and the allocation will be based on availability at the time your request is processed. Rest assured, we will arrange the reservation according to availability on each itinerary.

🚌 Regarding the journey:

• Each request corresponds to one segment of the journey. Therefore, for round trips, two separate requests will be necessary: one for the outbound and another for the return, ensuring our ability to meet seat availability for each segment.

Benefit Categories:

SENIOR CITIZENS:

Eligible for those over 60 years with a monthly income of up to two minimum wages.

Required Documentation:

• An official document with photo and CPF (ID or Driver's Licence).

• One of the following proof of income:

    ◦ Latest update of the Work and Social Security Card;

    ◦ A payslip or document provided by the employer;

    ◦ INSS payment book;

    ◦ Statement of receipt from INSS or other pension;

    ◦ Document or social assistance card at state or municipal level.

ID Jovem Cardholders:

Exclusive for holders of a valid ID Jovem identification.

Required Documentation:

• An official document with photo and CPF (ID or Driver's Licence).

• Valid ID Jovem card.

FREE PASS HOLDERS and COMPANIONS:

Exclusive for those who hold a valid Free Pass document.

Required Documentation:

• An official document with photo and CPF (ID or Driver's Licence).

• Valid Free Pass document.

🚨 Attention 🚨

Remember that the web voucher is not a valid ticket. Exchange it at the bus station counters for the official ticket, presenting the voucher and necessary documents. 

We recommend arriving in advance for the exchange.
